Dear Bradford Community,

We write to inform you that grades Pre-Kindergarten through 8th will not be in session tomorrow, Monday, October 11 and Tuesday, October 12, virtually or in-person. Grades 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th will remain in-person both days. 

As your Bradford leadership team, we believe in open, honest and transparent communication. We quickly made the decision this evening based on a variety of reasons, varying from teachers needing to quarantine due to outside exposure, an inconsistent pool of substitute teachers in Southeast Michigan, staff needing to care for their sick children and families, as well as a variety of other personal family matters.

We encourage our Bradford community to be open and honest about their situations. As the staff began calling us, we knew we needed to spring to action and inform our school community of our current situation. This was an extremely hard decision to make and we realize how difficult this may be for your family this week. Please call or email us if you need assistance.
